Many SMS providers I've come across will let you build a list for nothing and only charge when you send a message to your list, so you could certainly get something like this started...

Shaun, those are really good ideas/input coming from these guys. I would'nt set up anything that involves alcohol though, it could become a liability but i can see the interest it would bring. LOL
