Some advice is to do a very thorough plan of attack.
prosper for tracking.
vps for hosting.
have a killer landing page or capture page.

Tough question.
Is the stock still going up? If you have the potential to still make money with the stock, I'd leave it in and save up other money. (I do both stocks and affiliate marketing)

Of course! There's ways to link your HTML/CSS/PHP/etc etc etc software to your VPS or website using FTP or a plethora of other means but I just upload everything using the file manager on my cpanel. ...

Pretty sure bluehost is one of the generic EIG brands now. I'd stay away from them. I can understand wanting to keep expenses down but with a VPS you really just need to bite the bullet and do it....
