why not get a true merchant account through a company like authorize.net. these guys deal with real businesses everyday and are much easier to deal with. its much harder for them to do stuff like...

I've had my own Paypal horror story and as such moved to 2checkout. So mine is another vote for 2CO - I love that my customers can still pay by Paypal if they wish but it doesn't go through my own...

As others have posted. First Data is a solid company with support. They have monthly fees but they are well worth the peace of mind versus Paypal. No worries about frozen accounts with First Data.
