If you can understand what you are coding, I would recommend using Sublime 2 or PhpDesigner 8, otherwise stick with Dreamweaver

I think it is a great idea to break your PLR business into a tiny chunk of you day or week. Set aside 30 minutes a day or 15 minutes a day OR even 30 minutes a week - whatever you think YOU can spare...

Divide your tasks based on the amount of time and concentration they take. For example, you may find it hard to write if you only have 10 or 15 minutes available (some people do, some people don't)....
