After the results I've seen from outsourcing SEO to Warrior Forum people... unfortunately I'd have to say "no one." I wish the results were anywhere near as good as all of the glowing reviews they...

I just don't think this is true. It's easier to rank a new page on certain domains (like blogger or hubpages) than on a fresh URL in my experience. Much easier.
