I send mail twice a week to my subscriber, but actually, I send every day.
I separated my list into 3 groups, each day I send mail to one group rotary, so, every subscriber will receive my email...

Its good to mail them almost everyday if you can with value content and promotion you must do only 1 per week or max 3 times per week in my opinion ,i am not an exprt etc
