Facebook don't consider only likes comments and shares as engagement. If someone interact your post. Like they click on the image and leave. It count it as one engagement as well.

If you want to check in on the business side of email marketing, I would look at Perry Marshall's website. He has a few products in regards to email marketing as well as other things business related.
