Scott, why don't you advertise your services? I do newspaper ads in my local area, and it's gotten me 2 clients this past week...One for a mobile site and one for a desktop and mobile site.

I use twitter as a way of prospecting...i simply follow the local chamber of commerce page and as many business owners who are followers on that page...then post tweets about case studies on mobile...

For one thing they actually see your message, unlike email...
