With the URL I supplied you just need their Paypal email address and they'll get the payments.

Yeah, you have to edit the Theme here as well and remove the code that generate this information. You will have to find this code and remove it.

You can point the domain name to your hosts nameservers if thats what you mean. For the domain name, you only have to pay yearly. I use 1and1 for my domains and Hostgator for my hosting site.
