I like the look of the site, but I would also tell you to concentrate more on the content than the ads at this point. Also, you should be building a list. That's one of the most important things.

I think it looks pretty good. Some might recommend getting rid of most of the ads (or all of them) until you have some good traffic coming in, then putting up ads. Just a thought.
