Sit down with a pen and paper and make a business plan.
Focus on what you want to achieve and write down the steps you will need to take to get you there then, cross them off as you achieve them....

The thing with this is to pick a niche that you know something about or, learn about it, then use PLR to help you write or produce a product about it IMHO.
