Well, you might be wrong. Lower-PR pages has some SEO strategy for sure. And number of quality backlins is pretty relevant. And ... "quality and relevance" is relative term.:)

Link indexing time depends on some factors. I suppose it's about the trustworthy of source, in the first place, or it's just my experience.

H1 tag in HTML means heading size 1, P tag means paragraph, A means Anchor.

It would be wrong considering HTML semantic to place a link into a heading of a paragraph, I suppose that big G would...

or use plural

Google knows that 'my' and 'the' aren't keywords, so...

Do domain redirection in hosting admin panel,www.domain.you to domain.you.
In Google WebMasterTool register both domains and add redirection www.domain.you to domain.you.
