I have an online quotation tool. It sounds complicated but really the concept is not that difficult. It is simply an upmarket calculator that adds together all of the aspects of a quotation.

Other factors to take into consideration here. If it is a free paper then the positioning of the advert is vital as the readership for these type of publications generally flounders after page 7....
