Firstly, check if the traffic changes are related to the exact same keywords that the rankings have improved for. In your GA you should also see the distribution of traffic among different sources,...

Build relevant internal links directly on Wikipedia with the keyword as anchor-text. Keep building until the page ranks.

If the client has a money page/site don't outrank their own site/page.
