Well it certainly depends on what you say. But if in your confident, moxified power pitch you DON'T SAY - "I have no experience" - then I'd say it's fraud.

Thing is they don't use just an algorithm and they DO have people manually reviewing pages on sites. They use LIVE PEOPLE to check pages for spam, relevance, etc. and they do it on a MASSIVE SCALE.
