I do not recommend them for traffic... lots of bot and server traffic, but not a lot of actual people and 0 results.. They might be better for other things like cheap translations and cheap logos....

I don't find the quality of leads on most free traffic sources to be worth the while. However, depending on what you're selling, you can try posting free ads on Backpages.com for the largest cities.
