This is a big deal - keep all files, images, notes , everything relating to each site in their own folder on your hard drive. NEVER ever touch it....

Just like Dani said, a pixel has to load. LOTS of people don't automatically load images which messes up the tracking of the open rate.

ATG is probably what you are looking for, while QCC has a bunch of other advanced features
