Definitely vary your anchor text. This is how I do it (variation of Matt Carters advice):

40% main keyword
40% LSI Keywords

Aweber can be made to be mobile friendly - you just need to do custom css overrides... from what i have seen they don't offer anything out of the box that allows for lets say mobile fat...
