Personally I've found a spreadsheet works wonders...
Client name, date of order etc - and then a column for each deliverable (I.E Copy draft 1, Design)
I use Google drive but I'm sure any...

I've just had a campaign start and I got a conversion from one of my SubID's so went to see which one it was, and when I load up the ad preview I get the same error...
