I'm 99.9% sure the Viagra backlinks in your sites footer are the problem.

Remove those pharmacy type links from your site/theme. Search your Wordpress theme footer.php file for the keyword base64,...

I would fire all of them because of how much time 100 VA's would take up to manage.

VA's are not valuable UNLESS YOU ALREADY HAVE A SYSTEM IN PLACE THEY CAN MANAGE.
