For me don't converted... i sent 5k impressions with 0 leads...

Bing ads i sent 3 clicks and got 1 lead.... 33% CR... but bing ads is low traffic, i need new one traffic method to get more traffic...

Your main problem is: Authority.

Any site with authority can get first page with 200 words easy...

But yes, it is very hard to get some authority on Google, you need start create quality...

If you create only dofollow that not looks natural, and yes, anchor text diversity is important factor also :)
