Try to come up with competitions. People love to have the opportunity to win something. And post a lot of pictures (funny or controversial ones). Make videos of your company and put them on facebook...

Usually 20% management fee is a good benchmark, with an option to discount to 15% or even 10% to close the deal or hook up a friend.
