Or put "procrastination" in Google Adowrds keyword tool to find more related keywords, long tail as well, and choose some less competitive keywords.

Yes I would invest $450 for 15 articles. In fact, I did already several times. Make sure it's quality articles though and don't post them all at once. Drip feed them over a period of 1-2 months.
