It is quite possible that people are getting to your site via something other than search - especially if one of those people is YOU and you have not filtered your IP address(es) out from the search...

Indexing is not the issue here. It's the search query.

Using Google's site:domain.com only works with the domain without the www.

There's no problem with your site.

But yeh it helps if your keyword is in the title tag and 2-3 other words.
