There are search and replace pug-ins, but I have never used them for dates, not sure if it would work.
Only way I know is to do it manually.

Indexing is not the issue here. It's the search query.
Using Google's site:domain.com only works with the domain without the www.
There's no problem with your site.

Yes, you don't want both of them indexed. If your using a CMS there's a good chance its redirecting the www. To your domain.com

Usually it is simply because Google does not instantly crawl every webpage created.
You might have screwed up and set some pages to 'noindex' which would prevent them from being indexed.
