ZohoCRM is a really solid system for internal use, it is close to par with an out of the box install of Salesforce.com IMHO. I have not had luck introducing it to non-techies. Its got a lot going on...

I just signed up for Zoho CRM and definitely like it so far. Their free version allows up to 3 users (enough for me, my biz partner, and VA) and is packed with very good features.
