Incentive in terms of driving paid installs, but those are alot cheaper. However the Retention rate is also lower than "standard" installs.

Marketing apps can go anywhere from Paid Marketing to App Store Optimization. Do you have a big budget? If so I would suggest to advertise on some networks (also incentive installs). Other than that...
