I doubt it, but instead of solving this via the robots.txt, it isn't rocket science to block certain bots via .htaccess instead.

Yea you should be able to see it in your reports, which as was mentioned above you can then click a link which will return it in google.

Well you are missing that the big networks DO in fact lose domains to deindexing all the time. they are just making enough to buy more. Plus I think with 165 sites in your network and 75 sites...
