I'm agreeing with some of the responses on here... probably not enough traffic. If you're only getting a few hundred visitors a month, I would guess that you MIGHT get one sale. Target a few higher...

If I were you, I would setup a system to build a list and just focus on pushing traffic to building that list. It will take time, but your time will be well spent.

If I were just starting out, I would just go with wordpress. You can usually find a free theme that will meet your site's needs. And wordpress can be installed pretty easily from fantastico.

So the keyword says 40,000 searches a month in google and you are getting 200 per month? Have you looked at trends for the term? If the searches per month are correct, you could have a poor title...
