Looks good but like mentioned before you really need to get a logo. You don't even have to buy one just go to dafont write your website name and slap a image relating to your niche on it.

background is scary and I second the comment about the tags being distracting and you need a header to contrast the rest of the site, otherwise you have a lot of good things going the slider is good...

I really don't have any criticism on the site, it looks fantastic. If you go with a logo, don't do a full banner. I think a banner across the top would be overkill for the look and feel of the site.
