Gut feeling tells me the recent Algo change may have affected your site,its not very nice when it happens but its Googles way of saying you have to improve content or the likes.

Without traffic and revenue i would also say not alot,prehaps keep it and develop it to at least get some traffic then maybe try and sell it in 6 months time,no one will buy it from you at the moment.

Before you bought the domain did you do a few checks like has it been dropped at any time as that can hold the price back,i dont think a PR2 domain can demand a great price really as PR these days...
