How about take that starting point and give it the CW (Claude Whitacre) Treatment. How would you phrase it to get to "Now, ask me how I do that"...

My experience with small business owners is that money gets their attention. I would not use the terms "sales" "marketing" or "roi". Many business owners don't know what "roi" is.

At a conference last year a presenter mentioned that consulting can mean spend a lot without return. Since then I have been branding my company under a catcher name. It's ok to have some fun with it.

If it is a joomla based website I highly recommend akeeba admin tools pro. Akeeba also makes a great normal backup tool.
For wordpress websites I use cyclones to backup before any update.
