I hand pick all the people I follow, so I'd say about 98% of the visits are real. Traffic is actually really good with average time on site anywhere between 2-3:30 minutes

Really good points here, CDarklock is dead on, and you need to follow the rules, but sven is also right in his point that many of the people with lots of posts look down on people who don't have any....

Post counts mean jack. If anything, high post counts mean the person's contributions do not contain as much substance as they should.
