Yes, I agree - it might be helpful if you told them that since there is nothing we can do about their protocols.

If it is just one person - like when I contacted him - they can say it is 'one-off'...

We have known for some time that the coupons MWP has work mostly only for the USA. I only knew of one hotel discount that was available internationally.

However it is still a good Intenet...
