If your just wanting to record the Powerpoint presentation, then go with Camtasia. Its the best for that in my opinion. There's actually Powerpoint to video converting software.

You could try AdWords. Make sure to include the keywords in your ad like "free"! You could find someone who could sell your targeted traffic for it, but you might be better launching your own...
