I would choose myviralpages.com because it's more catchy and would make me remember it more than mylinkplace.com

At the end of the day the domain name won't matter as long as your content is...

Open your text editor and start brainstorming. Put down everything that comes to you, good and bad. Do variations of everything you think of. And don't be afraid to start making up words.
