Make sure you interview them a lot and ask a lot of questions. Find someone who will offer support after the course has ended, it's nice to have email support in the long run when you need quick help...

Do a search for Ken Ster or Williamrs. Although they are not actively coaching CPA they still have some helpful threads that can help you out greatly. They have products too that still hold weight.
