I agree with Jeff about Only Wire - you download it and it will submit to about 26 different social bookmarking sites including all the popular ones like Digg, Twitter, Facebook and the ones...

I've had great results from Reddit, Digg, and StubleUpon... StumbleUpon though has given me a TON of traffic.

I use Only Wire to reach multiple social directories with one click. It includes submissions to Reddit and Stumbleupon and many more.
