Ranking time does vary depending on how often you post, how old your site is and/or whether or not google's algorithm likes your site.

In Wordpress, you can set up more automatic pinging to help...

Although there are many sites/programs which appear to tell you how your page is ranking, none of them IMO are accurate.

The only way to be sure about the page ranking...
