Cron Jobs are not part of Wordpress - you will find details in your hosting cpanel. If you are at all unsure - ask your host - they will normally guide you.

Two ways to do it - either manually using the url which is generated by WP O Matic - which obviously means you have to remember to do it!!

Or the "proper" way by setting up a cron...
