Re: Prevent Hackers Targeting Me

Disconnect from the internet permanently. That's the only guaranteed way.
Seriously, I can only suggest strong passwords and keep everything secure and do regular backups.

Re: First Squeeze / Funnel - NEED HELP

Hi Alex,

The funnel you've laid out is almost the same thing that I am using; except that I don't have a downsell (maybe I should think of adding something like that lol).

So anyway, I agree...

Hi,

If your FREE information is great and can have a positive impact on your

Re: First Squeeze / Funnel - NEED HELP

I agree with Paul on this one, if you want to make a lot of sales and you're not considered an authority in your niche, it's very hard to make instant sales. Unless you use some great tactics such as...

Re: First Squeeze / Funnel - NEED HELP

Hi Alex,

Unless you're a well known authority in your niche, it might be better not to hit them a couple of OTOs right out of the gate.

Instead, you might get a better result if you deliver the...

Re: Branching out of my niche?

It does matter. You wouldn't want to go buy jewellery from a shop that says "Hot Pizzas" on the board but displays jewelry on the window right? Same for your traffic. People should be able to relate...

Re: Branching out of my niche?

Hi,

Ideally your domain name should be descriptive, especially if you're blogging for business.

I'm not really a fan of keyword rich domains because they don't hold that much weight...

Re: Anybody good with Wordpress?

Give me a link and I will take a look. Most likely there is something like a ".post img {" line in the style judging from the fact that it's within your posts.

Re: Domain Ideas - Long Shot but I'm Desparate.

If you like the word "tech" then get creative and you'll find lots of good available domains.

Here are two places that will help you be creative:

Lean Domain Search...

Re: Domain Ideas - Long Shot but I'm Desparate.

Obsessing about a single word is not the way to do it. I suggest putting together two lists to aid you in your name search.

List one is a list of all the features, advantages of those features,...

Re: Domain Ideas - Long Shot but I'm Desparate.

You dont need "tech" in it. The marketing will make the money for you - not the domain name. For example, "bleepingcomputer .com" doesn't have "tech" in it, but it's a very helpful site.

Re: Domain Ideas - Long Shot but I'm Desparate.

I'm sure if you get creative, you could find tons of domains with tech in them, but it isn't necessary. Wired doesn't have tech in it nor does numerous tech sites.

Re: Domain Ideas - Long Shot but I'm Desparate.

I don't think "tech" is necessary at all. I can name a hundred of the biggest tech websites that don't have the word "tech" in them at all. There are other facets of technology or other synonyms that...
