For Task Management? The you can use also the spread sheet program from OpenOffice / LibreOffice and you don't need to shelf out money from MS.

Traffic Travis has a module that does that and they have a free version, but the free version probably may not allow to print out (not sure). Still you can make a screenshot of the report.
