Although I havent bought this product, I can confirm from personal experience over several years that Lina's customer care is exemplary. That is, she cares about her customers.

Lina has now issued me a refund on both the software and its upgrade. She had done exactly what she said she would albeit a few days slower than one might expect. Can't fault that!
