Only 10% of my clients are in my city. Those are the only ones I "go to." Even then, most of that biz is done over the phone or online. Key is good communication. Amazing how many consultants don't...

Mobile phone list building is a long way off. Consumers are not ready for it. I can't think of any list I'd want to be a part of that would try to sell me stuff via text.
