Hi Daniel, I had a look in Chrome's dev tools to attempt to rework the page preview and give you some options to have a more flexible layout that expands/contracts to match the device screen size...

Refunds are unfortunately just part of doing business, even if you don't have a refund policy it's good to do a refund any way then if there isn't a valid reason then add them to a blacklist.

Also, make sure it meets the size requirements. My first banner took awhile to get approved and I realized it was a few kb larger than was allowed. I corrected it and was approved quickly.
