To determine if a site is indexed, use the "site:domain.com" search as 2d0k suggested. As for determining what keywords your site is indexed for you can try KeywordSpy. The free version will only...

Just put "site:www.domainname.com" in Yahoo Explorer Search or Google Search.. No spaces..

It depends on where you got them and your rights to resell PLR. If they are part of a 100K MEGA package that is selling for 5 bucks on other forums, you might have a tough time getting your price....
