I would suggest Maxbounty, they accepted my application when i was a newbie. Their weekly payment would be helpful for your cashflow.

I would try applying for Peerfly, MaxBounty, ClickBooth, NeverBlue... some may not be accepting newbies at the moment, but just be honest, if you apply to them all you should get some to accept you....

And most CPA Network will be fine with it, and they don't want newbies then they will likely accept once you get experience.
