Personally I just scour the forums here, there are so many great writers who have some excellent ways of making money online. I've never bought a product that teaches me how to do affiliate marketing...

Don't bother purchasing any of the make money online products, you can learn all the tips and tricks in the Warrior Forum :). I also learned great tips and strategies from Alexa's posts.

AI is a vector based (basically a propriatary EPS format) and is infinitely scalable. PSD files are raster based (bitmaps) and are based on pixels versus the curves that vector based programs use.

Yes, the trick here is to choose the "export" option in AI. Don't do a "save as"

When you choose "export" one of your options will be Photoshop psd. After you select that a dialog window will pop...

Sometimes. You can ask the designer to export as PSD, but unless the file is put together properly, you'll get a flattened file. A lot of it depends on how the designer layered the original AI file....

There is no problem having more than one admin on a page. The only time you would add someone else as an admin to your page is if you had a specific reason to do - so there wouldn't be any problems....

No, the admin of a Facebook fanpage is not visible to others. You will see the admin(s) listed when you are logged in and looking at your own fanpages that you are the admin of however no one else...

Set up a merchant account and be able to process credit cards. Search for "credit card processing" and you can find providers that are free like CCBill, etc.
