Why would you want a fanpage with 100k in one week. The only way you could do that is with fake fans so there's no point.

If you don't want to put in any work you won't get any results.

I would go with a fan page but if doing a squeeze page, stay away from the hard sell. People go to Facebook with a very different mindset then when they're looking for specific information...
