All well said but I doubt if you will find solo ads providers in the Gambling niche unless if you go on google find people that are in the Gambling niche and contact them directly about buying...

Solo Ads depends on targeted list. Make sure you have niche oriented solo ads providers or else you may loose your money.

Yes you are correct, you are basically paying for a set number of clicks from someone's list. So if there list is good and responsive buyers then great, some lists are responsive but not great...

You should try local ads network in those countries. I don't think TV will sarisfy you, since their main market is in US. Their international traffic is low.

Conversion Tracking is not necessary to get you campaigns approved.
You may want to get in touch with the support, because I am running campaigns without conversion tracking enabled so far.

Or postback link should be on your p202 tracking, not your page.

I think this section just covers any type of network in the industry. Some provide traffic (PPV networks), some provide campaigns (CPA networks).

You might look into exercise in a swimming pool. Hopefully you have some local classes.
