It seems kind of plain. You could make your Headline bigger and your title should catch their eye and invoke some kind of emotion.

If you do it all at once then your blog could get stale really quickly. Google does like a lot of links but it likes a lot of action and updating as well. If you don't update it.. Google won't crawl...

People aren't reading the copy.

It looks bland. There's no excitement,
no hook, nothing to drag their eyes
into the copy and push...

If you don't want it to look too salesy, just use anchor text on keywords to link to your main site. Avoid using words like "Click Here", which mean nothing - use keywords.

Also, think carefully...
